Cancellation Policy
To ensure efficient service and respect everyone's time, we have a cancellation and rescheduling policy in place. Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled session. If the cancellation is made less than 12 hours in advance, a 40% service fee will be applied. Appointments can be booked up to one week in advance, and reservations are accepted up to 2 hours before the session with no additional charge. In case of a no-show without prior cancellation or rescheduling, the 40% service fee will also apply. Fees for late cancellations or no-shows must be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled. An online payment option will also be available to make this process easier. These policies are designed to ensure that all our clients receive the best possible care while helping our barbers manage their time efficiently. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
